Purpose: To enable participants to solve problems collaboratively in real-world business scenarios and to apply the knowledge gained throughout the program by integrating it.

Concept:
Real-time supply chain crisis simulation.

Participants are divided into teams of 4–5 people and are given a complex supply chain crisis scenario (e.g., bankruptcy of a critical supplier, port strike, cyberattack, pandemic scenario).

“During the ”War Room” session, teams analyze the situation and develop action plans. Afterward, each team gives a presentation to management.
A jury composed of professional consultants, academics, and industry leaders conducts the evaluation. The team with the best performance receives an award.

Purpose: The ability to lead supply chain transformations; developing competencies in team management, stakeholder management, and change management.
