Competency Development Programs

Leadership & Management Academies

Leadership is not limited to a single level; it requires a distinct set of skills at every level—from the manager leading a team for the first time to senior leadership, which sets the organization’s direction. This academy presents those skill sets across 16 modules organized by role: from delegating responsibility to leading digital transformation, and from a mini-MBA approach to analytical skills.

Program Overview

From Technical Success to Effective People Management: The Leadership Academy

Leadership & Management Academies are designed to carry an organization’s leadership strength from the present into the future. The program is based on the following premise: most managers are promoted based on their technical achievements but are thrust into their roles without ever having been taught “people management.” This gap leads to micromanagement, stalled decision-making, and unmotivated teams. The Academy systematically fills this gap.

Each module is supported by practical tools that participants can apply the very next day in their own work environments. For example, the “Delegation of Responsibility” module doesn’t just cover theory; participants create a real delegation plan right in the classroom. The “Data-Driven Management” module requires participants to transform their team’s metrics into a dashboard. By the end of the program, the sustainability of what has been learned is ensured through in-house coaching and mentoring—in other words, the training doesn’t “end”; it becomes an integral part of the work.

The accordions below list the scope, target audience, and specific learning outcomes for each training program. Click on the title to view the details.

The most common trap managers fall into is taking on everything themselves based on the misconception that "I do the job best." This program approaches delegation not as a means of offloading tasks, but as a leadership discipline that develops the team. Participants learn, through a concrete "delegation agreement" format, which tasks should be delegated to whom, with what authority, and within what accountability framework. The line between letting go of control and micromanaging is explored through real-life case studies.

Scope of the Training

The 5 levels of delegation and when to use each level
Role-Authority-Responsibility Matrix (RACI-style approach)
"When to intervene, when to monitor?"—threshold determination
Reducing Test Anxiety Through Real-Time Feedback

Who Can Benefit from This Program

New managers leading a team for the first time, mid-level managers overwhelmed by their workload, and leaders who haven’t been able to establish a clear delegation of authority as they expand their teams.

Concrete Outcomes

An increase in the amount of time the manager will devote to strategic tasks
Improving the team's ability to take responsibility
Reduced decision-making bottlenecks and an accelerated workflow

In cross-functional teams, the greatest loss stems not from technical inadequacy, but from a lack of trust and poor communication. This workshop provides hands-on practice in how teams come together around the "trust—psychological safety—shared purpose" triangle. Participants map out silo behavior within their own teams and learn to view conflict not as a "problem" but as "data." The result is that collaboration, fueled by constructive communication, becomes an organizational reflex.

Scope of the Training

Team development stages (Tuckman: forming–storming–norming–performing)
Psychological safety practices (error sharing, a culture of asking questions)
Conflict resolution models and constructive feedback
Results-Oriented Meetings: Clear Decisions, Clear Action

The most challenging period for employees transitioning to a new role is the first few months, when they must not only "learn the new job" but also build "professional conduct" from the ground up. Through self-awareness exercises, participants gain an objective perspective on their own work habits.

Prioritization (urgency–importance matrix) and planning
Effective Presentation and Persuasion Techniques
Professional communication templates (email, meetings, reporting)

This program examines the manager’s role within the team, the team dynamics, and key points for intervention.
